Training the abs and back will strengthen the core, controlling every one of the body’s movements. Multiple-joint exercises will train the body harder and more efficiently. This is way better for you than isolation movements.

What most men may ignore is the posterior chain, meaning your hamstrings, glutes and lower back area.  This is an important part of developing the strength needed for speed, endurance, power, and helps to tone the entire body — improving posture, movement and physique.
